That looks like OpenLDAP 1.2... which doesn't support
BerkeleyDB 3 API.  It might work using the "historical"
interface... (e.g. --with-ldbm-api=db)... but I suggest
installing BerkeleyDB 2.7.7 or updating to OpenLDAP 2.0.3.
