dn and utf8 encoding

Hello,

It seems that openldap doesn't support utf8 encoding of distinguished names as
specified in rfc2253.
Nevertheless the man page for ldapdelete refers that dn's syntax must be
compliant to the above rfc.
Is this support planned in the future?
