Newbie Schema Usage
Hi,
I'm all brand new to this OpenLDAP stuff, and am trying to add a schema. (I
take it this is what I need to do in order to allow the objectClass of
'inetOrgPerson', thus allowing me to use the 'mail' attribute for a person
record?!)
Here's the top bit of my slapd.conf:
include /usr/local/OpenLDAP/etc/openldap/schema/core.schema
include /usr/local/OpenLDAP/etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema
# Define global ACLs to disable default read access.
# Do not enable referrals until AFTER you have a working directory
# service AND an understanding of referrals.
#referral ldap://root.openldap.org
pidfile /usr/local/OpenLDAP/var/slapd.pid
argsfile /usr/local/OpenLDAP/var/slapd.args
# Load dynamic backend modules:
# modulepath /usr/local/OpenLDAP/libexec/openldap
# moduleload back_ldap.la
# moduleload back_ldbm.la
# moduleload back_passwd.la
# moduleload back_shell.la
but when I try to start slapd, it tells me:
/usr/local/OpenLDAP/etc/openldap/schema/inetorgperson.schema: line 142:
AttributeType not found: "audio"
?
Any help much appreciated!
