Synchronizing a NT4 PDC with OpenLDAP

Hello, is there currently any software which will allow a NT4 PDC server to
synchronize its users/passwords with an OpenLDAP server. There is such a
utility  that comes with the iPlanet Directory Server, and was wondering if
any smart person out there has come out with a similar solution for
OpenLDAP.
