web2ldap woes

anyone running web2ldap? ive tried both the cgi script and the standalone 
server, when i run the cgi-script i get internal server errors on the client 
side.. when i run the stand alone server i get erros such as 'ImportError: 
No module named blahblah'
anyone get this running successfully?
