Are you sure you supplied the exact path to the 'slapd.conf' file and that
the include statements in this file really are pointing to the objectclass
and attribute conf files(slapd.oc.conf and slapd.at.conf)?

If not... slapd.exe will exit and no process will turn up(or only for a very
short amount of time)...and ofcourse...no client can connect(like ldapadd).
