You hava to add a line to /etc/hosts.allow with service name derived
from target host name and service/port number, e.g.

ldap.domain.my.ldap: 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0

But this is very much a stunnel-related issue. So you might to consult
the stunnel docs or other SSL-related forums.
