You can try Jerry Gawor's LDAP Browser/Editor (http://www.iit.edu/~gawojar/ldap/), written in Java.
For Linux environment, i can see also GQ, a GTK-based LDAP client (http://biot.com/gq/).
Another possibility (not friendly as two above) are Unimich Wax-Xax- Max, respectively for Windows, X-Window and Macintosh (http://www.umich.edu/~dirsvcs/ldap/).
