Getting Windows NT PDC to sync with LDAP

The situation is this, I have OpenLDAP running as an LDAP server that can
be accessed via Netscape and Outlook for typical stuff.  But I was
have been reading in the "Understanding LDAP...." book and found that
Netscape had a tool that was in-house written for syncing up with the
Windows Primary Domain Controller, for users, machines, etc.

Has anybody seen an open implementation of this?  I have been searching
and cannot locate anything but proprietary software.  I thought maybe I
could use the PerlLDAP module but I am not sure how to do the Windows
stuff.
