HELP? LDIF

Hi,
I have made a LDIF file but Im not sure if its correct.
anybody know where I could get a example LDIF file.  ie, one that I could
convert using ldif2ldbm ( all I would need to do is plug in valuses)
and start using ./slapd straight away.

ps - at present when I run a search from a email client I get this error on
the server screen, so I guess the initial LDIF is incorrect or something
