How about mentioning which address book you're talking about?

Assuming from
X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.7 [pt_BR] (X11; U; Linux 2.2.14-14cl i586)
that you're talking about your Netscape Messenger address book you
can simply export it as LDIF (File->Export). Note that you have to
filter/process this LDIF for importing it properly into a LDAP
server.
