I believe the latest Netscape LDAP SDKs support TLS/SSL with
128-bit ciphers.  OpenLDAP 2.0, currently in gamma testing,
supports 128-bit ciphers.

Note that even though both peers may support 128-bit ciphers,
they may not support the same cipher set, and may negotiate
the use of a lessor cipher.
