SDK that supports 128-bit SSL?

Does anyone know of an SDK that supports 128-bit SSL connections?  I'm
having difficulty getting one.  Netscape offers one (v3.0) but that does
not work when we connect to a DOMINO LDAP Server - the Netscape API is
NOT generating/establishing the SSL connection at 128-bits - 40/56bit is
ok ....  but we NEED 128but connections.   I'm trying to get the IBM SDK
from their site.  

Does anyone have any suggestions???
