LDAP v3

I'm new to the mailing list.
I see on the roadmap that a OpenLDAP release with v3 features was
slated for 2Q2000.
Did this release occur?   If so, were can I obtain download and for
what systems?  If not, what is the anticipated time frame?

Any feedback is appreciated.
