password policy enforcement

	Are there any plans in place of being able to enforce a password
lockout policy in OpenLDAP?  I've got my IMAP server, web severs, and some
other stuff authing through LDAP, and my SSH storing its RSA keys in LDAP.  
The only thing that's really missing is anti-brute-force controls.  I'll
do the work if the OpenLDAP team will give me an idea as to how they'd
want it done.
