Point of clarification:
LDIF files that have no value for the associated key cannot be loaded.
e.g.
cn: Joe Public
drink: 
sn: Joe

...where the drink attribute will fail every time?  

I swear i've been looking through all the documentation and this subtle
aspect of loading (via ldapadd/ldapmodify) isn't spelled out :-)

I'll wear the scarlet letter if it's there...
