Simple. Use an ou of "people" for the DN, and then either multivalue OU for
other comapany units, or use another attribute (like department)

Putting the company org chart into the dn is a bad idea. Companies reorg fairly
regularly.

My dn is cid=0000000002, ou=people, o=daimlerchrysler.com
