Number of entries

I have installed OpenLDAP on a Sun Solaris 2.6 machine and it appears to be
working fine.

I have setup an o=company, c=us, as my root and I have an
o=division,o=company,c=us as where I want to setup the users.  We have 3
divisions.  I get to 125 entries on the list that I am entrering through
ldapadd and I get "ldap_add:  Operation error"  It subsequently disallows
access to the database.  I can restart slapd again and see the 125 entries.
Any ideas?  I'd appreciate any help.
