OpenLDAP and OpenSSL 0.9.8

A user wrote a while back, saying they had problems getting OpenLDAP to 
compile with OpenSSL 0.9.8.  I went and grabbed the 0.9.8 release, and with 
the exception of having to tweak Heimdal's configure script, everything 
built just fine for me.  I haven't yet tested an SSL connection to the 
server, but at least compiling works just fine, and that is where the user 
reported a problem.
