Wanted to make sure this didn't slip past us again. back-bdb now always
stores entryIDs in big-endian format, so the custom sort functions are
no longer needed. So the BDB db_dump/db_load utilities may safely be
used to backup/restore the database files.
At the moment back-hdb still uses a custom sort function for its dn2id
database. I'm not sure there is any good workaround for this, still
looking into it.
