No, currently -z value with value > hard returns
administrativeLimitExceeded.
Honestly, I don't remember how we got there, but I'm positive this
resulted from
a debate. The idea was:
no specific request: use soft
specific request <= hard: use hard
specific request > hard: admin limit
I haven't looked at its implications for a while, and it seems weird to
me that
the server may refuse a legal request in such a drastic way; I'd rather
simply
stay with the hard limit if the request exceeds it.
