HEADS UP - dynamic backends

I've just committed changes to the configure script to streamline the enable
switches for backends. Now they take no/yes/mod arguments, just like
overlays. E.g., --enable-bdb=mod enables back-bdb as a dynamically loaded
backend. The separate --with-XXX-module switches have been removed.
