Announceing rmwd
rmwd is a high level directory management rpc server designed with
OpenLDAP in mind.
It is designed to automate many of the tasks associated with managing
data in the directory
by imposing a fairly flexible data model on top of the raw directory
database. It also
implements fine grained access control to it's procedures so you can
achieve a level
of secure delegated management which is not possible with OpenLDAP's
ACL system (or anyone else's
for that matter).
