Re: SLAPI and LDAP_OPERATIONS_ERROR

Fixed, for the most part. But, when SLAPI is performing an
_operation_ that fails (search, add) on behalf of a plugin,
should the plugin have LDAP_OPERATIONS_ERROR returned to
it? I've left this code as is.
