Help fro slurpd logs

I have 2 ldap servers, one is a ldap master server ,the other is a slave server (ip is 192.168.0.238 ) . the master server pushes replication data to slave server . I find a file whose name is 192.168.0.238:239.rej is in the replcation directory of master ldap server , it means that some data may have been faild to push to slave server, what should I do to keep the data sync between the two server ?
Any help would be appreciated.
