Oh... I also justed noticed it in the new code.
I'll also do some more testing.

Spoke too early: BDB_IDL_MULTI was defined, so BDB_IDL_DB_SIZE
is not used. I'll see if I can do some more testing tomorrow.
I can add up to 200k entries in one shot with slapadd now.
