SLAP_MAX_WORKER_THREADS

Kurt,

we felt the need to play with max worker threads in a very loaded environment,
so I made it settable from command line (the easiest way). I don't know
if it may be useful, however I made a patch. I'm not going to commit it
myself.
Please check it and see if it may be useful. I picked -x as option.
Of course it can be anything you may consider more appropriate.
