I've made available a copy of the 2.0-devel admin guide, a work in progress, at http://www.openldap.org/devel/admin/. This is primarily to obtain feedback from users. Please note that only sections 1-3 have been updated. Patches against the sources, available via AnonCVS in the module 'openldap-guide', are welcomed. Please note that 2.0 will not be released until this guide and user/admin man pages (sections 1,5,8) are updated.
