I've committed a number of minor changes necessary to support
the LinuxThreads port <http://lt.tar.com/> on FreeBSD 4.0-current
SMP! Make sure your all threaded libraries are compiled
appropriately (ie: do not mix a library compiled for uthreads with
linuxthreaded slapd).
