Reverted liblber to 2.4.16's version.  Now it looks more like OpenLDAP 2.3, 
where the length of the final packet is 74, rather than 82.  Also, searches 
that previously failed work now.

For example, previously returning: "suprivilegegroup suregid" would fail, 
it now works with:
