While running slapd as a proxy-caching server, it sometimes falls over with a
signal 11 segfault.  I haven't been able to reproduce this and it can occur when
the system is quiet and nothing much running....


Core was generated by `/usr/sbin/slapd -h ldap:///'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
