After compiling openssl-0.9.8e and installing it, then configuring
openldap-2.3.38 with ./configure followed by make depends and make, the make
fails. If I remove the /usr/local/lib/*ssl* and /usr/local/include/ssl*
directories and files then the make works fine. This occurs on both the Linux
and Solaris hosts
