The FreeBSD folks are planning on removing the old <sgtty.h> interface from
their operating system. On FreeBSD, OpenLDAP still uses this header file, though
there is some nice termios code in the source. It isn't used on FreeBSD at the
moment, because the code doesn't use the same naming as the definition made by
autoconf.

A simple %s/HAVE_POSIX_TERMIOS/HAVE_TERMIOS_H/ on the sourcetree fixes this.
