OpenLDAP 2.2 is a historic release.  Please note that the current stable 
release is 2.3.27.  I will also note that 2.2.13 is a very very old version 
of OpenLDAP 2.2 as well.  I'd advise upgrading to a current release of 
OpenLDAP.  If you are relying on your vendor, then I suggest contacting 
RedHat.
