If the "uri=<URI>" parameter is used in replica statements in slapd.conf, the
URI is decomposed and re-composed erroneously.  This is harmless, since slapd
doesn't use it directly, and slurpd parses it differently.

This was already fixed in HEAD, but went unnoticed in re23.
