Re: (ITS#4240) back-meta loses "connection" with remote backend

I've upgraded to 2.3.13 and it seems this problem has gone away. 
Before, it was failing in less than a day, it's been a couple days now 
and the connection seems stable.  I will report back if it does not turn 
out to be stable.
