Trying to track a backtrace for #4246, but got a different type of failure. All
three slapd are hung; all slapd-* are poll()ing for responses that aren't going
to happen. See FTP for details. (They're still running if you want anything
print'd.) I apologize for the use of pstack, but I don't know how/if you can do
"thr apply all" in dbx, and I don't have a good 64-bit gdb available.
