During using ldapadd command-line tool slapd crashes with the following
message:

slapd: search.c:990: oc_filter: Assertion `f != ((void *)0)' failed.
./start-slapd.sh: line 11:  5058 Aborted                
${OPENLDAP_PREFIX}/libexec/slapd -d 0 -h ldap://0.0.0.0:7154 -n slapd-test-izlbw
-o slp=off -f ${TESTDIR}/slapd.conf

I can provide test LDIF and the configuration directly to developer but I can't
publish it to ITS.
