(ITS#4204) LDAP Proxy Cache: ldapsearch returns multiple attributes

This problem only happens when "overlay pcache" is enabled.

if I set x < y (proxycache bdb x 4 y 3600), and do ldapsearch with more than x
entries return, then slapd hangs. 

syslog logs the following message before it hangs, 

"Cache replacement invoked without any query in LRU list"
