Replica's 1 & 2 are simply doing a full re-sync from the master (not great, 
but oh well... They all had the same db).  Replica 3, which is where I got 
the DB that I loaded the master with, is the one with the stale cookie 
problem.  I'd think that means it shouldn't have any updates to process at 
all...
