(ITS#4032) syncprov locks up slapd

My ldap test system master locked up this morning after having an ADD performed
on it.

This was after recovering two of the syncrepl replica's and having them
reconnect.

They connected at 11:14 a.m.
The ADD occurred at 11:16 a.m.

The ADD has not propagated to the test replicas, and has never completed:
