Specifiying password-hash {CLEARTEXT} in slapd.conf and/or slapd.d 

slapd.conf: line 19: <password-hash> schema not available ({CLEARTEXT})
slapd.conf: line 19: <password-hash> no valid hashes found

and slapd.d respectively:

olcPasswordHash: value #0: <olcPasswordHash> schema not available ({CLEARTEXT})
olcPasswordHash: value #0: <olcPasswordHash> no valid hashes found
config error processing cn=config: <olcPasswordHash> no valid hashes found
slapd stopped.

leads slapd to abort execution.

In (my) configuration there are no overlays enabled, actually the config is
quite
simple:

1) Schema includes
2) Backend module loads (bdb, monitor)
3) args/pidfile
4) Simple ACL
5) bdb and monitor backend definitions
