(ITS#3816) Update to slapd.8 man page

The file was updated to make bolding of command names and option values
consistent, to bring the synopsis format into line with traditional man-page
usage (not ALL bold, values underlined as in body, etc.), and to correct two
problems:

   1) the text for -F under "OPTIONS" incorrectly stated that the additional
argument
      named the configuration file. Changed to say it names the configuration
      directory.
   2) the additional argument values shown for -T in the Synopsis and in the
OPTIONS
      Section were different. One listed the full word versions and the other,
the
      single letter versions (with explanation). The full list was added in
both
      places. No other text was adjusted.
