The attached diff contains an implementation of adding SPML to JLDAP.  This
implementation has an extension to the LDAPConnection class.  It also has a
search results implementation.  This implementation also adds the ability to
implement custom login modules.  This is needed as different SPML
implementations have different ways of logging in.  This upload includes
implementations for Sun Identity Manager and NoAuth.  This patch requires the
openspml toolkit.
