As the above message is telling you, another application already bound to
that interface/port; likely there's already a slapd bound to it.

Please direct software usage problems to the openldap-software mailing
list.  The ITS is not a help desk; it is intended only to submit what are
clear indications of OpenLDAP software bugs.
