I've uploaded a patch that implements the "realdn" by clause for ACLs.  The
"realdn" is discussed in
<http://www.openldap.org/lists/openldap-devel/200504/msg00002.html>.

This patch may yet be incomplete and is only partially tested.  The reason I'm
submitting it via ITS rather than committing it is that I might not be able to
work at it regularly in the next days.
