In fact, they were separate issues; Howard fix is fine and was due; mire
addressed the point that all directives starting with "sasl" could only
have 2 args, and "sasl-regexp" clearly needs 3.  When I wrote that message
I didn't know what the cause was yet, but I noted that all the issues you
mentioned were addressing directives staryting with "sasl".
