(ITS#3410) Cosine Schema Attributes

The LDAP modify attributes have changed.  According to the cosine.schema file
which states:

cosine.schema:# DESC 'RFC1274: time of last modify, replaced by
modifyTimestamp'
cosine.schema:#  the last user to modify the associated entry.  Ideally, this
.....

however, the modifyTimestamp attribute is not defined in the schema files. 
There also does not appear to be a createTimestamp or modifiersName attribute.

When will the schema files included with the LDAP code be updated to include
these attributes?
