Re: BDB recover problem after unnormally system shutdown (ITS#3355)

I don't know if this helps...
I the meantime I dumped all of my 3 bdb files and discovered:

In dn2id.bdb the last 4 entry is (from db_dump)
@o=virtmailhosting,dc=lsc,dc=hu\00
\80\00\00\00
@o=virtmailhosting,dc=lsc,dc=hu\00
\81\00\00\00
@o=virtmailhosting,dc=lsc,dc=hu\00
\83\00\00\00
@o=virtmailhosting,dc=lsc,dc=hu\00
\84\00\00\00
DATA=END

In id2entry.bdb:
\80\00\00\00
\82\04\c0dmail=xxx...
\81\00\00\00
\82\04\8ccmail=yyy...
\82\00\00\00
\82\04\8chmail=zzz...
\83\00\00\00
\82\04\8cimail=aaa... (This is the lost entry.)
DATA=END

As far I understand BDB structure there is only key=value pairs.
One record's _value_ in dn2id.bdb is _key_ in id2entry.bdb. (Is the
reverse true? So is the relation one-to-one?)

Sorry long posting about this problem, but it is a mistery for me that I
can't understand.

TIA
Attila
