GNU Pth signal(3C) redefinition on Solaris (ITS#3345)

When building with GNU Pth support on Solaris 9 the build aborts with an error
that claims "signal" was redefined.

A possible solution is to relocate the "slap.h" include in
servers/slapd/daemon.c before ldap_pvt.h which can be seen in attached URL. I
verified the build was fixed on Solaris 9 and it still worked on FreeBSD 4.10
and Debian 3.1 "Sarge" Linux.
